- Typical office hours: Monday–Saturday, 9 AM–7 PM
- Assist the Office Supervisor and District Manager with executing approved marketing plans.
- Monitor and track advertising and community outreach efforts.
- Support office operations, including filing, scheduling, and client record maintenance.
- Maintain office cleanliness, organization, and compliance with company standards.
- Update internal databases and assist with electronic file management.
- Complete ongoing training and development requirements.
- Provide excellent customer service and help ensure a positive client experience.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
- Strong organizational and communication skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and general computer systems.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team.
- Professional, customer-focused demeanor.
- Flexibility to work nights and weekends during tax season.
- Reliable transportation for local travel and marketing activities.
